Treehouse and Sports Stuff 2 day project Lisa, mom of TRIPLETS, wanted her boys to be excited about their transition out of cribs, and in a seperate room from their sister. What better way to do this than add some fun and whimsy to the new rooms?!? Mom wanted a theme that would grow with the boys, so a treehouse and sports stuff was just the ticket! Sam and Olivia's Disney Playroom 1 day project This is a playroom for a 4 year old boy and 2 year old girl. Disney was chosen as the theme because both kids love it! Mom is a school teacher, so the characters were painted with educational fun in mind! Click here for more pics!
Tyler's Thomas the Train/transportation Room!
2 1/2 day project
Tyler, a 3 year old in love with Thomas and Percy, got his dream room.... a full wall mural of planes, trains, and........tractors! Momasked for multiple types of transportation, so that Tyler wouldn't outgrow the mural too quickly. I sketched out a plan for the wall, and then it was time to paint! Click here for more pics!
Bryce's Farm and Tractor Room 2 day project When Bryce's mom, Linda asked me to paint a tractor in her little boy's room, I was intrigued....because she didn't want just any tractor, she wanted her husband's childhood tractor that he races at the 140 acre family farm in rural NJ! After visiting the room, we came up with a plan for a barn, friendly farm animal, and pasture. With a loose plan, I went to work! Click here for more pics!
Porter, a 10 year old with an infatuation with bugs, requested insects all over! We started our initial consultation with Porter's bug books. He marked his favorites, and his parents and I discussed which bugs would go where! I tried to keep the creepy crawlies realistic, without being too scary! The effect is a cool boy's room with lots of impact! Click here for more pics!
