Grayson's Tree with a swing Nursery
3 day project
Lindsey and Mark, whom I met at the Baby Show, are expecting a little boy in Sept! The plan: a 3 day mural of a gracious tree reaching up to a sky with clouds, complete with a real swing, a monkey saying 'shhhh' and a portrait of 'big sis' Daisy!!
Here you can see the great oak tree climbing onto the ceiling and into the sky! The monkey hangs perfectly centered over the crib!
Grayson's name will be in the opening in the center of the changing table/shelving unit. We got the measurements from the manufacturer to ensure it will be perfectly centered!!!
A little Robin's nest in the tree! Pulling the blue of the sky around the room.

Sprigs of grass dot the baseboards!
This is in the corner going towards the attached bath! On the right you see Grayson's name... this will be perfectly centered in the opening at the changing area/bookshelf that is on order!
This is looking up at the tree! Here you can see the soft clouds in the sky, as well as the swing hanging from a limb!
Closeup of the monkey saying SHHH!!!! He has the same eyes as Daisy the dog, so that they relate!
This is in the bathroom! I will be painting the jack and jill in a pond theme, to relate to this room and the next child's room since they will share this bathroom!
This is a closeup of the swing I stained and painted. This is the same blue as the sky, that was picked to match the bedding!
This is the sweet little swing! It will be attached at an angle to the wall with brackets...just for decoration!
This is 'big sis' Daisy posing with her tennis ball and portrait! It was very important not to just draw a dog, but Daisy!
